Papypat non ha utilizzato il form prescritto, inoltre mancano sia lo screenshot che il replay .
La protesta non può pertanto essere accolta.
PS : l'Host ha messo a disposizione di questo Comitato:
- screenshot dal quale si vede che Papypat ha effettivamente scritto P Lottatori.
- replay che però stranamente si interrompe prima che si verifichi l'azione segnalata da Papypat. Tuttavia, sino a questo punto si è visto che Lottatori porta Papypat oltre layline e viene quindi penalizzato con la 17.1 (non cancellabile di poppa) . Successivamente non si tiene discosto per svolgere la penalità interferendo con la giusta rotta di arrivo di Papypat . Lottatori viene invitato a tenere un comportamento corretto poichè in caso di recidiva tale situazione verrà tenuta in considerazione.

- The replay, however, strangely stops before the action reported by Papypat occurs. However, up to this point it has been seen that Lottatori takes Papypat over the layline and is therefore penalised with the 17.1 (non-cancel downwind) . Subsequently he does not keep clear to carry out the penalty by interfering with Papypat's corrected course to arrival. Lottatori is asked to behave correctly as in the event of a repeated behaviour, this situation will be taken into account.
